RETURNS ON TOYS AND ADULT ITEMS
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we are not able to take returns on any toys, plugs, collars, restraints, or leashes, new or old, opened or not, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. For health and safety reasons our products are deemed used and therefore, non-returnable from the moment they leave our warehouse. This includes new items in their original packaging. Please check all items the moment they are received to ensure that they match the order you placed and are in good working order. Should you find a defect, we will replace it with the same item in accordance with the instructions as they are laid out in our 30-day return policy specifically regarding toys.
30 Day return policy
At Domly, we only do business with manufacturers and products we believe in, but mistakes and defects do happen. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy for new, factory-sealed, and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations all adult novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects, in which only exchanges will be given (see below).
We want you to love your experience and our goal is help you make an informed decision before you buy by providing detailed product descriptions, measurements and product photos. Please read all product descriptions, material listings, and measurements carefully before you buy. Still have questions? To return a defective item
Please contact us within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one.
Once you receive your RMA number, please return the items in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.
